This agreement is a public offer and, in accordance with applicable law, has full
legal effect.

   Registration on the OneLim.Net website constitutes acceptance of the terms of the public offer..

    1. Payment and Service Provision Procedure.

    1.1 Orders are blocked at the end of the paid period; renewal and unblocking are possible until the order is deleted.
    1.2 OneLim.Net is not responsible for the loss or damage of user data.
    1.3 OneLim.Net reserves the right to change IP addresses upon notifying the user.
    1.4 A refund for hosting or VDS can only be requested within the first 30 days after placing the order.
          Refunds for domain registration or renewal cannot be processed.
    1.5 The user is solely responsible for any damage incurred by them or a third party
          in the course of using the services.
    1.6 OneLim.Net reserves the right to delay or suspend service provision until receiving documents verifying
          the user's identity.
    1.7 OneLim.Net reserves the right to refuse service provision.
    1.8 Hosting content of a pornographic or erotic nature is prohibited (including advertising materials
          loaded from another server), hosting/using proxy scripts, distributing/aiding
          in the distribution/use of copyrighted materials without the copyright holder's permission,
          sending unsolicited mail (including mass mailings), advertising websites hosted with us via
          unsolicited mail (including mass mailings), supporting hacking, phishing, distributing
          viruses, doorway pages (search spam), selling pills and other pharmaceuticals without a license,
          storing/distributing viruses/infected software, investment projects (HYIPs),
          distributing smoking mixtures and narcotics, online casinos and other gambling,
          websites of political parties and political movements, cardsharing services.
    1.9 The user bears full responsibility for the distribution of materials using the provided
          services.

    2. Shared Web Hosting.

    2.1 Allowed CPU time consumption (web server, php):
          80cp on plans "Start", "Boost", "Turbo", "Expanse";
          100cp on plan "WEB-15"; 144cp on plan "WEB-20";
          216cp on plan "WEB-25"; 288cp on plan "WEB-30";
    2.2 Allowed CPU time consumption (MySQL):
          2000cp on plans "Start", "Boost", "Turbo", "Expanse";
          3000cp on plans "WEB-15", "WEB-20", "WEB-25", "WEB-30".
    2.3 Allowed number of files and directories (inodes):
          100000 on plans "Start", "Boost", "Turbo", "Expanse";
          250000 on plans "WEB-15", "WEB-20", "WEB-25", "WEB-30".
          If these limits are exceeded, account (order) or website access may be suspended.
    2.4 OneLim.Net has the right to immediately suspend services if it classifies any actions
          performed or executed by the user or third parties via OneLim.Net services
          as damaging or capable of causing damage to OneLim.Net or the normal operation of the server
          hosting the user's account.
    2.5 Data storage after the expiration of the paid hosting period is not performed.
    2.6 Hosting traffic redirection systems, file sharing / file storage systems is prohibited.
    2.6 To prevent spamming, a limit of 1,000 outgoing emails per day per account (order) is set.
          The limit can be increased up to 10,000 emails per day upon contacting support.
    2.7 Maximum script execution time is 300 seconds.
    2.8 In case of violation of clause 1.8 or 2.6, the account (order) or access to a specific website will be blocked.
    2.9 In case of exceeding allowed limits (clauses 2.1, 2.2, 2.3), websites may be disabled.
