This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure and features of processing data of users of OneLim.Net Services (Users).
This document (Policy) is an integral part of the Agreement for the Use of OneLim.Net Services. Using OneLim.Net Services without accepting the terms of this Policy is impossible.
OneLim.Net reserves the right to amend the terms of this Policy by posting a new edition of the revised document on the website page.
1. Purposes of Data Processing
Cases of user data provision include, in particular, registration on the OneLim.Net website,
gaining access to the User's personal account.
User data is processed for the following purposes (including, but not limited to):
Conclusion and execution of the Agreement for the Use of OneLim.Net Services;
Providing the ability to create, subsequently use, and manage a Personal Account;
Interaction between Users to obtain comments regarding OneLim.Net Services, providing
Software support; sending notifications regarding OneLim.Net Services and Software;
Acceptance, processing, and verification of payments;
Providing technical support to Users;
Informing about future events related to OneLim.Net Services and Software, their updates,
and other similar events.
2. User Data Collected and Processed by OneLim.Net
Data collected and processed by OneLim.Net may include (without limitation):
Full name (if applicable) of the User (User representative, User employee,
or other person authorized by the User to perform actual actions with the User's Personal Account
when using OneLim.Net Services);
Passport details of the User;
Registration (actual residential) address of the User;
Email address;
User login;
Job position of the User representative, User employee, or other person authorized by the User
to perform actual actions with the User's Personal Account when using OneLim.Net Services;
Contact phone number.
OneLim.Net may also collect User data related to their IP address, statistical information
about actions taken by the User when using OneLim.Net Services, unique User identifiers
automatically generated when using the Services, billing data regarding transactions performed by the User,
language, territory from which access to OneLim.Net Services is made, as well as other information about the User.
3. Use of Cookies
OneLim.Net uses cookies on the OneLim.Net website.
Cookies are text files, usually small in size, or pieces of information that
may be stored in the User's computer memory when visiting the OneLim.Net website.
OneLim.Net uses temporary (session) and persistent cookies on its website. Temporary files
differ in that they are deleted after the User closes their web browser, whereas persistent
files remain in the computer memory until manually deleted or until
their storage period expires.
The User can change their web browser settings so that already stored cookies

OneLim.Net may combine and use combined User data with other
information to support, manage, and develop OneLim.Net Services. OneLim.Net has the right to provide User data
to its affiliates/partners when necessary to render OneLim.Net Services,
without requesting the User's consent for such transfer.
In addition, User data may be provided to third parties in the following cases:
When necessary to comply with the law, for example, investigating fraud cases
in processing payments and conducting any other illegal activity;
When there are reasonable grounds to suspect potential or existing infringement of rights of OneLim.Net,
its affiliates/partners, in order to protect the injured party's rights;
In cases of intellectual property rights infringement.
5. Data Retention
The data retention period is the period during which OneLim.Net Services are provided, unless a different period
is provided by applicable law (for example, for accounting purposes
or tax compliance).
